If You Have Water Damage, get it Fixed Before You Sell

Let's say that you own a house and you're thinking about selling it. You put the house up on the market and people start to come and check it out. One family really loves it, but then your city is hit by tremendous rain. After two straight nights of rain, you go into your basement and much to your despair, you have a flood. You look at your floors, your electrical and realize that you have to get this all fixed before you can sell the house. Who wants to buy a house with all this water damage?
